Terms of Service

These Terms govern your access to and use of SEO -> AEO Tool (seoaeo.in), operated by Upally Solutions. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

SEO -> AEO Tool audits websites for AI search (AEO/GEO) readiness, tracks AI visibility signals, and generates schema and content suggestions ("AI Rewrites"). Output is provided as a suggestion — you're responsible for reviewing generated content and schema before publishing it on your own site.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when signing up.
You're responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure.
One account may not be shared across unrelated organisations without an appropriate plan.

3. Plans, billing & credits

Free, Starter, Growth, and Agency plans are billed as described on the pricing page.
Paid plans renew monthly via Razorpay unless cancelled before the renewal date.
Credits reset each billing cycle and do not roll over unless stated otherwise.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Use SEO -> AEO Tool to audit or scrape websites you don't have permission to analyse at scale, or in a way that violates a third party's terms of service
Attempt to reverse-engineer, resell, or white-label the platform without a written agreement
Use the service to generate spam, deceptive, or harmful content
Attempt to bypass rate limits, credit limits, or plan restrictions

5. Intellectual property

You own the content and schema SEO -> AEO Tool generates for your account. We own the platform, product, and underlying technology. You grant us a limited licence to process the website data you submit solely to provide the service.

6. AI-generated content disclaimer

AI Rewrites and AI Visibility scores are generated using large language models and automated analysis. They're a starting point, not guaranteed facts — review before publishing, and verify any claims about your business before they go live on your site.

7. Availability

We aim for high uptime but don't guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance with reasonable notice where possible.

8. Limitation of liability

SEO -> AEO Tool is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Upally Solutions is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service, including changes in search or AI-platform ranking or citation behaviour, which are outside our control.

9. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time from Billing. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts where Upally Solutions is registered.
