SEO -> AEO Tool ("we", "us", "our") is operated by Upally Solutions. This policy explains what data we collect when you use seoaeo.in and our dashboard, how we use it, and the choices you have.

1. Information we collect

Website data you submit	URLs you audit, and the publicly available page content our crawler reads from those URLs
Usage data	Scans run, credits used, features accessed, pages generated
Payment data	Plan, amount, and transaction status from Razorpay — we do not store your card or UPI details ourselves

2. How we use your information

To run the audits and AI visibility checks you request
To generate AI Rewrites (FAQ, schema, and content blocks) using your account's website data
To operate billing, invoicing, and plan management via Razorpay
To send account and service-related emails (not marketing spam)
To improve the product based on aggregate, de-identified usage patterns

3. Third parties we share data with

We use a small number of infrastructure providers to operate SEO -> AEO Tool:

Supabase — database hosting for account and scan data
Razorpay — payment processing for subscriptions
Anthropic (Claude API) — generates AI Visibility analysis and AI Rewrites content from the website data you submit
Hostinger — application hosting

We do not sell your personal data to advertisers or data brokers.

4. Data retention

We retain account and scan data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we remove your personal data and associated scans within 30 days, except where we're required to retain payment records for tax or legal purposes.

5. Your rights

You can request a copy of your data, ask us to correct inaccuracies, or request deletion of your account at any time by emailing support@seoaeo.in.

6. Cookies

We use essential cookies/local storage to keep you signed in and remember your session. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.

7. Security

Passwords are hashed, not stored in plain text. Access to production data is limited to the team operating the platform.

8. Changes to this policy

We'll update the date at the top of this page when this policy changes. Material changes will be communicated by email.
